Half-Day Sessions

VISUAL OBSERVER
For events with people in attendance we add an additional $20.00 per hour for an extra pair of eyes to assist our drone pilots.
PRO PHOTOGRAPHER
Our hourly rate is 80.00.

EQUIPMENT
Additional costs may vary depending on equipment including but not limited to drone rental, professional camera, ND filters, lighting system and enhanced audio.
TRAVEL
25 Mile radius from downtown Indianapolis included. Additional mile is $1.00. We do travel at and bill for reimbursements including but not limited to airfare, hotel, car rental and per diem.
INSURANCE POLICY
A $1 Mil Dollar policy is included on every project.
AIRSPACE AUTHORIZATION
Some locations may require airspace authorization. Requesting Air Traffic Control (ATC) approval to operate in controlled airspace is an additional fee of $10 per request.
IN-HOUSE EDITOR
ALL FOOTAGE will include COLOR GRADE based editing. Additional hourly rate of $50.00 for customized video and photo editing.
